Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the PriceFeed website and API at pricefeed.online (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PriceFeed provides cryptocurrency, fiat and precious-metal exchange rates aggregated from multiple third-party sources. Rates are provided for informational purposes only.

2. No financial advice

PriceFeed is a data service, not a financial advisor, broker, or exchange. Nothing provided through the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made using the data.

3. Accuracy and availability

Rates are aggregated from external providers and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Responses may be served from cache and flagged as stale when upstream sources are unavailable. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • exceed published rate limits or attempt to circumvent them;
  • use the Service to build a directly competing rate-aggregation product;
  • disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • misrepresent the source of the data or imply endorsement by PriceFeed.

5. API keys

If you generate an API key, you are responsible for keeping it secure and for all activity under it. We may revoke keys that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.

6. Rate limits

Public access is limited per IP address; authenticated access via an API key has a higher limit. Current limits are described in the API documentation and may change.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceFeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service or its data.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
